Terms of Service

Thank you for using ResumiPDF (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Sign-in

You sign in with your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Credits & Payments

• ResumiPDF uses pay-as-you-go credits.
• Credits are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• Pricing and packs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Refunds: we offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If you are unhappy, contact us at support@devjov.dev.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to PDFs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service. Where stated, we do not permanently store your original PDFs; generated summaries may be stored in your account for your convenience.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• No use that violates others’ rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our brand, UI, and underlying technology, is owned by us and our licensors. Except for your Content, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that outputs (summaries, insights, etc.) will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Use discretion before relying on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business (update this to your jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
